Shop Pay also offers the option to pay in full or in instalments. Instalment plans are provided and administered by Shop Pay, not by SilentWilds, and are subject to their own eligibility criteria and terms.

Apple Pay and Google Pay are only shown on compatible devices and browsers. Available payment options may otherwise vary depending on your location, device or payment provider. The methods displayed at checkout are the ones currently available for your order.

Payment Processing

Payment information must be valid and complete in order to place an order.

When you submit an order, your payment method may be authorized or charged depending on the payment method selected. The total amount payable will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

All online payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

SilentWilds does not add undisclosed charges to your order after checkout.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

After SilentWilds has processed the refund, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
