30-Day Return Window

You may return your SilentWilds optics within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

How Returns Work

Email us at support@silentwilds.com with your order number and the reason for your return before sending anything back. We will confirm the return address and process your refund once the item is received back in unused, undamaged condition with its original packaging and accessories.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. In these cases, you will not need to return the item, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Situations

Items damaged through misuse, and requests made more than 30 days after delivery, are handled on a case-by-case basis and may not qualify for a full refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
